My 4 year old daughter and I went for a meal today, we were first told there was no fish on the menu, my first was crap what is my daughter going to eat (she's autistic so has some sensory issues when it comes to food) after explaining to the waiter there was fish cake on the menu but it came with salad and mayo -there's no way she would eat salad and mayo, he was happy to order her the fish cake with chips and peas- one happy child. I found that both the waiters and waitress was lovely with her and patient even when it can to ordering ice cream she had to have 1 scoop 'pink' and the other 'white ' I would be more than happy to eat there again, thank you for a lovely meal that could of been a disaster.
Just love dinning at Browns came all the way from Northampton wouldn’t eat anywhere else always something new too try out on the menus just a pity they run out of Lobster risotto only had one dish left loved Lobster and Pasta dish we had there before staff always great service xxx
Had a fantastic evening in Browns Liverpool for Burns night with 5 friends .We had three amazing courses of food matched with whisky tasting and the whole evening was amazing thanks to the great food and wonderful service . This was our first visit but we will definitely be going back soon and I can highly recommend it . Thank you .
My fiance and I had a lovely dinner while visiting Liverpool for the day, sat outside as we had the dog. Staff, service and food were excellent. Highly recommend

Breakfast
Went for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Very quiet. Choice of seats. Ordered at the bar rather than waitress coming to us, but that was fine. We both had eggs florentine and coffee. Very quick service. Nice food. Quiet music playing. Began to get busier towards lunch time. Beautiful building. Friendly staff. Felt very relaxed and would like to come back and try the afternoon tea.
Lovely ambiance and feel to the place. Service was good and quick and the staff knew the menu. Food was great produce done well and with care. Fairly standard range of bar drinks at reasonable prices.
Stopped in on my way back to my hotel for dinner. The restaurant interior is beautifully detailed. The service was top notch and the food didn't take long before arriving. The drink I ordered took a little bit longer but I didn't have a problem with that. Overall I enjoyed my meal and had a great time.
I would like to give 4.3 for this score rating :))
I loovee the atmosphere and the dessert
Went here for the business lunch package with my sister, I've ordered steak frites for the main course and rhubarb&custard for dessert. My sister has ordered shepreds pie for the main course, and salted caramel chocolate pot for dessert.
The steak was tender and juicy, the shepherds pie was really tasty, the rhubarb&custard pie was sooo good, and the salted caramel&chocolate pot was amazing:)))
We've also ordered asparagus&prosciutto(with poached egg, smoked salmon, and hollandaise sauce) and it was also sooo good:))

Tried this upmarket restaurant for lunch while on a day trip. It's in a handy central location behind the John Lewis department store. Lots of outside tables. Inside, the decor is elegant and modern. Lovely colour scheme, lots of plants, subdued lighting, and a piano near the bar. There's a variety of seating that includes comfy armchairs and banquettes. The staff were courteous and welcoming, and I was shown to a table straight away. Unfortunately, it was too high for me, but that was no problem as a very nice waitress found me a more suitable table close to the window. I was brought a glass of iced water to drink with my meal. A varied and tempting choice on the lunch menu, including vegetarian and vegan options, and it was useful to see the number of calories shown next to each dish. Opted for the two courses for £17.95. Had smoked haddock fishcakes served with a little pot of lemon hollandaise, crispy kale and yellow heirloom tomatoes. The chunky parmesan and truffle chips cost extra. Well prepared and presented, lovely flavours, ample portions. The only thing I could fault was that the food was more warm than hot. The Bramley apple and blackberry crumble, with stem ginger ice-cream, was deliciously spicy. Good quality wine too, and a hot latte to finish. Friendly and attentive service from Jason throughout my meal. Overall an enjoyable lunch experience.

The terrace of Browns is a perfect spot for some good old-fashioned people watching, since it's located in the shopping heart of Liverpool. The surrounding buildings provide some shelter against the wind, and yet you can still enjoy the sunshine. If you've done your sundance, of course.
I ordered myself the Classic Chicken Ceasar Salad, which turned out to be one the best I've ever had.
I also had two drinks. Don't judge haha, it was a bank holiday, plus they just sounded too good...
And they were! The champagne bellini and very bery martini look festive and are a party to your taste buds.
On top of all of that, the staff was friendly and skilled. Next visit to Liverpool, I'll definitely come back.
I'd been to Browns in Birmingham before, so expectations were high for the Liverpool restaurant, and wow, did they blow my expectations out of the water! The atmosphere was buzzing, the restaurant was beautiful, the food and drinks were delicious, and the service was honestly the best any of us had ever received. A huge thank you to Emily, who looked after us, we went for Browns' bottomless brunch, out glasses were never empty, we wernt ever rushed Emily was friendlyand knowledgeable, and brought such a brilliant positive vibe to the table, Emily is a prime example of how table service should be done! 10/10.
First visit to Brown's and we not disappointed the food was a very good quality and we where more than happy with our server Rachael.
We were served by Lee and he did the best job of looking after me and my mum for my birthday! Nothing was too much fuss and he went above and beyond for us! Even giving us a complimentary birthday dessert! browns you need to either promote Lee or give him a bonus because without him I really don’t think our experience would have been as good as it was!
