We just spent 5 nights in a glamping pod (hobbit hut) me, my husband our two dogs and toddler. We had a fab time, the views are phenomenal! The complex has everything to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. There are animals roaming freely around the place and it’s awesome to see! It’s family run & The staff were second to none! All of them really; the two cleaners were so lovely & friendly. Damo was fab, and his mother in law (sorry we didn’t get her name) well she was great! Nothing was too much trouble, she accommodated my vegan diet with no trouble at all; and all of our food was fabulous! Fully recommend the homemade pizzas! We got ours boxed ours up to enjoy back at the hut. They gave us recommendations of where to visit too; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and holiday overall. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Myself and my family spent two nights in a hobbit house. We had a great time. The staff were very helpful and helped to make a great stay even more enjoyable. We had a bbq one night and ate in the restaurant the other. The food was top notch as was the ale selection. All in all a great experience.
We arrived on Monday for a four night stay, the young lady that greeted us was welcoming and friendly.
The hobbit home was exactly how it looks in pics just lucky we are all small but it beats a tent ⛺️ .
Food was lovely considering they didn't have a chef an the gentlemen that runs it was doing all the cooking, children and dog friendly which is perfect for us.
I will definitely return as the place is being developed it will be interesting to see how this place grows.
