Review | Skelly Pizza 🍕 Hot Shot - cheese, pepperoni, onion, peppers & jalapenos 🥙 Large Doner Kebab with mayonnaise, chilli and side salad. It’s good, but they’re pricey portions at Skelly Pizza. And that’s the same everywhere at the minute, especially at kebab shops. The price of rent and ingredients are the highest they’ve ever been, so we can understand why prices aren’t what they used to be. If we’re being honest, Skelly Pizza isn’t cheap. Not compared to some of their competitors. Their food, however, definitely takes some beating. We’ll start with the pizza and if you know us, we like a bit of meat and a bit of spice on our slices. And that’s what we got. We’ve had enough from kebab shops to know that this was a great pizza. Cooked well, a generous amount of toppings and like most kebab shop pizzas, you expect a little bit of grease or oil from your toppings especially if you’ve got pepperoni. Would we order the pizza again? Absolutely! On to the kebab and it was packaged differently to your normal kebab, which to us means they’ve thought about it. The pita and meat were in one box, the salad in another box and the sauces in separate pots. This meant the salad and sauce didn’t make the pita soggy. It also means you could choose how much sauce and salad you wanted rather than being stuck with what the ‘chef’ gave you. The doner meat was lovely. There weren’t loads, but a big enough portion that could still be shared. We also really liked the chilli sauce they used too. It had a nice kick to it. Overall, the food was spot on. A decent pizza and a decent kebab you can eat without the pita falling apart. As we said, you are paying a pretty penny for your food, but we’d still recommend you give Skelly Pizza a visit.

Doner Pizza was bangin, Ham and mushroom pizza was sublime, side salad was perfect (fresh and well stocked) and the Doner meat was perfectly cooked (crispy on the outside).

Nice food especially the fries they know the exact cooking time to get the perfect crisp not over not under actually spot on. 👌
