We arrived at Sainsbury’s cafe at shift change over time and I waited 20 minutes for my big breakfast. I mentioned this and immediately got complimentary extra drinks. Maureen also said that her pre packed sandwich was dry and received a full refund. Well done Sainsbury’s.

It's a fantastic store with great staff. ... nothing is to much trouble found the staff to be very professional and friendly and customer service second to none .. management also play a very important part in mentaining high standards ..... well done to all members of staff and may you all have a great Christmas. .. Yesterday while shopping in the store my son lost him wallet with his Xmas money in it.. he was totally devastated to say the least..
The store was really good and help us look for his wallet, checked cctv but nothing was found or handed in so someone had pick his wallet up and kept it �.
This morning I received a call from the store saying that the staff had done a collection for my son and got him a £100 voucher.
I was personally blown away by their gesture and couldn’t believe the generosity of the staff.
I would just like to thank all the staff at the store for putting a smile back on Stevy’s face ��
