QR codes on the receipt are absolutely pointless & cost me £4.50 just to press join & got inundated in texts @ £1.50 per text charged at a max £4.50 per week. Not exactly happy about that but that's my fault I guess. However my XL bacon double cheeseburger was actually well presented & the counterstaff on her lonesome bless her is actually a right gem & in my views is an asset to the company

This is more of a thank you than a review but have to say a big public "thank you" to the staff who kept my husband's wallet safe after he lost it in a booth yesterday.
Returned home, no sign of wallet, hunted around checking every option several times ( you probably know that feeling) and, without much hope, telephoned BK where we had stopped earlier.
Yes it was there, safe in the safe, collected it today, and we definitely need to pass on our thanks to the very kind staff. Good to share!
Only one member of staff doing both the Drive Thru & front service. 2 in back cooking. Not busy. Waited over 5 mins to be served then after waiting the same person who served me took the order Outside even though I'd ordered In-store & he saw me sit down!! Only 2 other customers inside so very quiet. Food was nice but a long ish wait even though not busy. They prioritised Drive Thru over in-store orders. Drink from Self serve machine was watery.
