I had made a mistake with my order online and didn’t receive my gluten free pizza . We let the driver know and the driver was excellent he rang Leicester west Pizza Hut . The lovely lady was amazing and within 20 minutes they had sent me my gluten free pizza ! Excellent customer service !

Ordered online, had a large pizza for £8.99 from the collection menu. Was ready within 15 minutes of ordering. Was really good and collecting saved on delivery costs.

We used to order solely from Papa John's when we fancied pizza, but had an extremely terrible customer service experience with them so decided to give Pizza Hut delivery a try. The customer service is absolutely outstanding - after ordering our food, we got a phone-call about five minutes later to apologise because they were running a little late with orders, and to inform us that it would be around 20 minutes later and ask if that was okay. We didn't mind because they'd actually informed us of the situation, rather than just leaving us guessing (like Papa John's do) - and then, only a few minutes later, we also received an email again apologising and giving us a £10 voucher for our next order.
When it arrived, only slightly late, one of the pizza boxes had got a little squashed, which the driver was aware of, and he told us if it was too squashed he would happily go back and bring us a new one - we weren't fussed because it wasn't overly squashed and the pizza was still completely fine and tasted delicious! Extremely impressed, they go out of their way to make sure the customer gets the great service they deserve!!
Ordered online around 12pm for a 6pm delivery.
Food was really nice and my partner who is celiac really enjoys that they provided her with a good gluten free pizza. Both of us would recommend.
The person that makes those pizzas is a genius!! I order regularly and each time on time, nice fresh hot pizza. And the stuffed crust is a god send. Very very satisfied customer ☺️
Three times I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut Delivery - Leicester, Hinckley Road. All three times the pizza was on time and exactly as ordered. Maybe I am just lucky, but I am very greatfull for all people working in Pizza Hut at this time of Covid-19 pandemic.
Brilliant customer service. The store seems to have become very professional since New management. This store in my opinion is the best pizza store in Leicester let alone the best pizza hut express
