As I came up to the store I was wellcomed with a worm smile by the manager (I think her name was pola?) She asked if I wanted any recommendations as it was for my girlfriends birthday so she said this would be lovely small gift and also took interest in the fact it was for my girlfriend. Great service by her and as I went she said have lovely day and I hope she has a nice birthday would highly recommend :)

I ordered my son’s personalised double layered cookie on the Tuesday over the phone. They were so helpful and made sure we were both on the same page of what character and wording etc. I collected it on the Friday and I could not have been happier! It was just perfect in every way! My son was very happy to see it this morning for his birthday ❤️

I am a Canadian Citizen from the minority group. The first time I walked into Millies's Cookie in Leicester High Cross was in February. I wanted to try out their cookies. I was greated by Pola with the warmest, biggest smile which really warms my heart after having a not so good day .... I tried the cookies and Pola introduced me to their Birthday Cookie cake seen it was my Sons' birthday in a few weeks. I had challenges selecting designs and shapes Pola never hesitated to share he knowledge which quickly assisted me in making a decision. Everything was done to order and pick up time was just as she said 7pm and it was ready and waiting with a smile. I have been with Millies's from February 2022 to present. My son said " Momny I no longer want the regular cake, please order from Millies's Cookie Cake every year". He turned 15 last Saturday.. Now all his friends wants Millies's Cookie Cake for their Birthday.. Thank you Pola for your excellent customer service skills that propells me to keep coming back every year!! Cheers Ann
