I ordered from here because I'm staying with my daughter at Leicester royal infirmary. Tried a couple of places that said they don't deliver to this location. No problems with pizza hut. When the guy delivered my food, he was lovely, did say it was difficult to find me but he persevered. The mac and cheese was amazing. The pizza could have done with more cheese but that's my only negative.
Pizza was great, a bit too much cheese but that’s a matter of personal preference. Shocked to see all the bad reviews as it was probably one of the best pizzas I ever had from a pizza hut. I did order during a less busy time, which may have been why.
Also they told me my pizza was ready for collection on the website but when I arrived it still wasn’t ready so had to wait 10 mins, which was slightly annoying but oh well, at least it was fresh and hot.
Ramiz provided amazing service with care. Very kind to customers when picking up order. Pizza was really hot and delicious upon pick up :)
