Been here a few times with my friends. Every time we go we experience excellent customer service; their supervisor Jallow leads by example and creates a fun atmosphere. In particular Milan was very helpful and friendly. He took his time recommending items off the menu, he took customer service beyond what most would do by letting my friends and I try the different sauces that coat the sticky bites, making sure that we would enjoy our meal. I requested less mayo on my burger as sometimes it oozes out, Milan made my burger to my taste and brought our food over to our table for us. Every time we come and Milan is working he never fails to greet customers with a smile, I believe he has been working there for a while and based on his performance I hope you give this guy a raise.
The chicken bites which I had with the sticky sauce (as recommended by Milan) were very juicy and covered in the perfect amount of sauce. You could tell the burger was made to order it was very crispy, the bun was cooked well - very delicious. The fries were crispy and not like most places they arrived hot and freshly made. The vanilla milkshake was the perfect consistency and not too sweet.
Overall, I would recommend Boo Burger not only for the food but for the staff who go an extra mile to ensure you enjoy your meal.
Amazing customer service from the boy gokuul. Highly motivated and young charm, great food too. Helped us to get the best food there. Will come again just for that amazing kid to serve us
A must go to if you’re in Leicester! Food was tasty and succulent, cooked to perfection! Boo burger did not disappoint.
