I was having a bad day today and decided to visit Greggs inside the Merrion Shopping centre to cheer myself up with a hot coffee. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of encountering a young British lady at the counter who gave me a wonderful customer service experience. Her smile was infectious and instantly lifted my mood, changing my day for the better. As always, the coffee at Greggs was excellent, but it was the excellent customer service that truly made my visit special. This young lady embodied the values of customer focus, creating a warm environment, humility, integrity, and speed with excellence.
