Humpit

As a man who probably (definitely) eats too much meat, I was sceptical about the spicy kebab when I was told by Johnathan at Humpit-hummus that it was a meat free version. I was assured that many customers who largely ate meat did in fact prefer the vegan alternative. Johnathan also added extra spice at my request and made an offer that if I didn’t like said kebab that he would make me something else. My wife who often gets the vegetarian option got the falafel pitta and we both got fries with our mains. I was not disappointed; the meat substitute was tender and delicious. The spices were perfect and the service was great. It felt like a real personal affair. I honestly believe that if my wife had brought this meal to me without telling me that it wasn’t meat, I would have chowed it down just the same. I feel good on 3 tiers. First, having a guilt free healthy meal, secondly the spices still swirling round my mouth as I write this and thirdly the genuine customer satisfaction. I will be eating here again in the not too distant future. Thanks guys Tim the postman (NOT a hipster)
