The counter girl was excellent in the bradford branch. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She deserves a bonus :D
I went back again the following day and the same girl was at the counter lubna. She was great at multitasking my large order against serving the other customers.
This is a great business run by an exceptional team. They even gave me a free slice of cake as a thank you for my repeat business.

I loved it in the Bradford bubble tea, excellent service and all welcoming and polite, I ordered a Strawberry fruit tea and it was fast service, I would give the actual drink a 4.8/5, my friends who I went with said that I should of gotten a desert but I just wasn't feeling it, they said that the sponge is fluffy and the icing is nice and smooth, do next time, cake is a must get, all together id give the place a 5 star ratting, I would definitely spend my money there again!
