We had a fantastic meal here today,
The restaurant has a relaxed casual feel but classy at the same time.
The food was beautifully cooked and most dishes well presented,
visually my sons meal ( pasta and meatballs ) looked to be dry but he loved it and scoffed the lot.
There is a nice choice on the kids menu at a good price too.
Our waitress Floriane was outstanding, very friendly, polite and hard working, she explained the dishes very well and catered for our children by bringing certain items on a separate plate for us to add in case they didn’t like it.
Overall we really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be coming back.

Wow what a super place to meet & eat! First time in a Miller & Carter Restaurant Bar, it was totally not what I was expecting (a pub turned restaurant). I was there to meet some friends for Sunday Lunch & I was driving (large car park) & was pleasantly surprised with the range of low & 0% beers available. One of our party asked for a cocktail, the Barman didn't miss a step he wasn't there just to pull points & really know what he was about.
The food was fabulous, definitely go for the Steak really cooked as you like it. The service from the bar through to the restaurant was faultlessly professional with a real friendly tone.
Am definitely going again even if I have go on my own which I would not normally consider, go treat yourself.
Yes I definitely liked this place, next time I visit I'll take photos.
I've been back now a couple of times now, once on my lonesome & once with my partner. Both meals were really really good. It's never that great eating alone but when the food is this good & served as well as it is I had no problems enjoying the meal. When I went with my partner who isn't as much of a meat lover as I am, she had Salmon which she rated very highly & I earned major brownie points in finding such a good place to eat.
My partner has Coeliacs & is always concerned about her allergies when eating out. We were looked after by Floriane at our table who was just wonderful & very aware of allergies. 👍👍👍👍
The Food - we all order different things, and it was well presented and tasted lovely. Decent portion and wait time wasn't long.
The Drinks - Downloaded the app and got free drinks from signing up but must have a main meal.
The service - Service was amazing staff was helpful.
The Restaurant - Lovely building inside and out. The booth type seat we had was slightly uncomfortable as it was very tight even for 5 of us. Nowhere to put jackets/coats. Would much have preferred chairs in the future.
Overall lovely dining. Price range depending on what you have.
