Pretty standard for a fast food chain. Not somewhere to go if you're looking for upmarket quality food/service but perfectly adequate for what you'd expect from a fast food chain. Cleaned regularly, food brought to you if it's overly busy, staff work hard but seem pretty down-trodden and not overly cheerful but not surprising really.

First things first, the site is beautiful and the food is good. However, I've used the drive through over the past few weeks and they always leave items out of the order. This usually means I'm halfway down the street and I have to turn around. They're always quick to correct their mistake but it's still unprofessional and irritating. I know that some people wouldn't turn around, I wonder how much food is wasted this way?

Use the app to make my order but been twice and parked in a bay to have it brought out to me and twice they've forgotten about me! Each time walking in half an hour later for them to go "Whoops! best idea would be to use the drive through if you're making your order on the app.
