Great place to stop off on a long journey north. Comfortable seating and good amenities

Lovely place for a rest during a trip. Many choices available for food drink stay or take away!

Pleasantly surprised by cleanliness of the whole site incl Womens’ loos. Lovely young women serving in Costa 🙂 Wish southbound services here were as good!

It's a service station 🤷😂
But it is conveniently situated near Manchester Airport.
The airport is only 20 minutes away.
A coffee and something to eat will be cheaper than paying parking at the airport where it's £6 per 30mins especially if the arriving flight is delayed.

Popular, busy service station with all the usual Moto franchises, including a Greggs, M and S, Costa, Burger King and WH Smith.
A lot of the franchises are located in the footbridge across the motorway, accessed by a surprisingly narrow staircase. Disabled access is via a small lift.

It's pretty much standard m-way services fayre when it comes to "Moto Northbound" which is a small to medium sized "Two sided" motorway services, with a MacDonalds, a full-on Costa, a convenience type store with newsagent stuff, toilets, a video game arcade and a rather quiet noodle bar. It was very clean and tidy both inside and out. I think one of its main features is the working and open fully enclosed bridge that spans both north and south carriageways. I'm not sure if the other side has the same amenities as the northbound side or not. The northbound side also has a drivethrough Costa, a fully automated laundrette and is attached to a hotel. All in all its pretty good

The last main service point from Birmingham direction before you leave for Warrington and Liverpool (from M6 North to M62).
Always very busy. Enough businesses on site, coffees and buffets (McDonald's, Greggs, M&S).
The only place you can have gluten free option is the M&S - I have coeliac desease- when asked in Greggs the guy was very rude. In M&S the 2 shop assistant were really helpful.

A place besides M6, for small break. From good coffee shop like Costa Coffee to small supermarket, all necessary shops are there.
You can also refill your fuel tank in the petrol station just outside of it.
Take a small break for coffee & snacks & get refreshed 👍.
Enjoy your journey.

Located close to highway- it’s a good stop by location. It has lot of food and coffee options.
Interestingly I came across a portable laundry service during our visit in Nov,22- sharing the pics.

great. nice and tidy. This is my favourite service on the M6. Greggs, M&S, clean toilets. The only thing that I don't like is that the noisiest hand driers on the globe can be found here.
