Absolutely made my day. Popped in for a fish and chips and after a few mins was greeted by Theo with this absolute leviathan. 'Best fish you've ever seen this' he said. And it was. And it tasted incredible. Succulent and crispy. AND the chips were crispy too! They didn't turn to mush even a little bit. Got back to my partner's and she confirmed that this is not a one off. It's whales everytime at the Jolly Fryer. Best chippy ever, no question. Treat yasel. Thanks Theo!

Great place, super friendly staff, very clean, I will definitely go back, especially because it is the only fish and chips I know that has gluten-free Option and chips portion is huge
