Service was quick and food was hot. The only things the service could be improved on is all staff to be trained on asking the customer whether they would like ice in drinks rather than automatically putting some in and staff to talk amongst themselves in English whilst customers are present on the premises With the ice in the drink I ordered, the member of staff didn't bother asking whether I wanted any and put some in too quickly to give me a chance to state I didn't wish to have ice. Hence why I'd like to see staff trained in asking customers whether they wish to have ice in the drink

I’ve had 3 orders from this KFC in the last 2 weeks and it’s been spot on every time, so good! So thanks for all your hard work it’s much appreciated.
