We like this place! Their breakfasts are excellent, and exceptionally good value if a Tastecard is used. But. Their milkshakes are way too pricey. They halved the glass size last year, but kept the same price. Go figure.

I went here with my partner for a casual anniversary meal. We both ordered a burger and chips, which was nice, no complaints. We loved your cocktail menu, a cocktail is about a fiver or you can get upgrade to pitcher for about £13. There was at least 10 different cocktails to choose from and every one we had was really nice and was difficult to decide on which one we wanted next!
The atmosphere is welcoming and their menu has something for everyone, they have even introduced vegan options! The staff were friendly too. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

Menu has been reduced recently at all F&B's
This time pork in breadcrumbs a bit dry.
Steakhouse salad nice and fresh,(steak well done as requested)
Bruschetta was bit soggy bread under cooked no crunch to it.
Cheesy chips n bacon fine.
As advised draught coke having issues (new supplier so told don't have it.

I strongly recommend restaurant Frankie&Benny's. We enjoyed our hamburgers! The atmosphere is amazing, great music and we were welcomed by kind waitresses and waiters. Special shout out to Mario! Very positive guy and i'm looking forward to visiting the restaurant again :)

Waiters are really nice and polite. Food is served very fast. They have a great range of cocktails to choose from. Alcohol is a bit expensive in my opinion. Desserts especially the gooey chocolate cakes with fudge is a must try.

The food was delicious and customer service was amazing. Lovely and worm atmosphere, Pani was very helpful, friendly and polite, helped us to choose from the menu and it was an excellent choice. We enjoyed our evening and we will be definitely back soon.

Starving and came across frankie and bennys (kingston branch) ordered bbq wings and spag carbonara. The food was really delicious and the service I got from Pani was great. He was very welcoming and someone who seemed very genuine. Customer service is soo important. It determines whether I return to the branch again or not. I will definitely return to get dessert.

We had a lovely dinner at Frankie & Benny's the service was lovely and caring. Our pizza and our ice cream were delicious and one of the best, I've ever eaten in a resteraunt.

Took my 10 year old grandson to play pool. It's downstairs where the arcade and ten pin bowling are. Very noisy. Not where you'd go for a quiet afternoon, but the kids love it. There's a bar to keep the adults happy too.

First time in one of these restaurants. The service was very fast and friendly. I ordered one of the vegan burgers, which I have heard about. It was very filling, and tasted good. It's great that they have a few vegan options. I would definitely go back in the future.
