Chill vibes, great atmosphere. We came for the pub quiz, which unfortunately got cancelled because not enough people showed up. Still had a great time nonetheless!
Good local shisha spot. Th shisha is good and the seating is pretty chilled. Staff are good, could improve with some music and some hot drinks. This place needs to serve tea!!

The Cricketers is a lovely, friendly pub.
They have recently started to do food again, and have an amazingly delicious, yet cheap menu, with mains starting from about £3 (and the portions aren't small either!)
The staff are extremely friendly as are the regulars, and you will most certainly be leaving with a smile on your face.
The student vibe is unique with its huge variety of music and entertainment (most of which is extremely cheap or free) which is held in the upstairs room of the pub, which is an extremely cool venue.
They do a quiz and bingo night every Thursday, which is run by a rather entertaining and extremely charming Scottish couple.
The acoustic nights every Sunday are not to be missed either!
But.. the most important part about a pub is obviously it's alcohol and The Cricketers has a (rather long) happy hour every day until 5pm when the beer is £3 a pint. In the evenings though it doesn't get much more expensive, with cheap shots and special offers.
The staff are a young, attractive bunch who never cease to entertain me.
As you can probably tell, I am a huge fan of The Cricketers and I urge you to join me and discover one of Kingston's under-rated gems. Enjoy :)
