New owners I think I got fish pattie chips n peas it was very nice and tasty great service clean will use again. Lovely fish shop

Very good well cooked crisp battered fish. Regal do seem able to resist the temptation to take chips from deep fat fryer when they are pale brown. They wait till they are well cooked and golden. There are options for all budgets. My only comment that I have shared with staff if that when busy it is very unclear how the queue works people are just huddled you are not sure who is next to order Good as ever on my last visit but of a mix up with my fish fritter but all ended happily Pleasant kind staff

Been a while since I'd bought fish and chips, so a little taken back by the price. However portion sizes more than made up for it. Great tasting fish and proper chips. Will go again next time I'm in Hull.
