Annika is quite simply a culinary fairy godmother. She can turn her hand to anything with truly amazing results.
I have been a catering client of Annika's a few times now and would not hire anyone else.
The first time I contacted Annika for help, she had just one week’s notice. This did not faze her at all, producing a truly perfect menu and blowing all our guests away with her divine food.
I immediately booked her again for another family gathering. I didn’t think the first time could be topped, but once again she produced exquisite food, all delivered on time and displayed beautifully.
The third booking was an excellent service Annika provides if you are going away. A meal of your choice beautifully prepared and packaged to have on your first night. This is just perfect for families like ours with little ones as it saves all the hassle of having to prepare something on your first evening after unpacking following a long car journey. Try the chocolate torte for dessert, it is just divine!
I have a fourth booking to come for a family birthday lunch and am already counting down the days!
So friendly, professional, conscientious, she is a true catering queen. I could not recommend Annika more highly. Do not hire anyone else, you will not be disappointed! Be quick though, if my lottery numbers come in, I am hiring Annika as my live in cook!
Annika always produces top class, high quality food. I have used Annika's services numerous times and she always amazes me with her standard of cooking. Flavours always superb, presentation second to none.

Just had the Steak Pie special and it was amazing, best pie I've had in a long time!
Will be in again next week, especially when the Casserole is on the menu :)
