Called in for tea, was lovely. Food, wine, pudding, all lovely. Was fairly quiet so really pleasant. Waitress was lovely too
Even though it's a large chain this branch gave us the feeling of an independent restaurant that cares about the customer. From entry to exit our experience couldn't have been better. Great service, the food was excellent & the staff were friendly, helpful & polite. It was a pretty busy Saturday evening but we didn't have to wait long after ordering for the food to arrive. The food was cooked to perfection & was delicious.
Our only downside was trying to use the App to order, an absolute waste of time, difficult to navigate & use, we gave up.
