Our very first visit here and certainly won't be our last. I would say this is Hull version of Evil Eye in York. Staff are very friendly, very warm greeting. Fab atmosphere, it's great watching the staff make the cocktails. It's like theatre. 2nd visit. Pizza was absolutely amazing. 4 big slices, reminded us of pizza in New York. Delicious. Gorgeous wedges highly recommend a visit.

When I think of places to go for a cocktail in Hull, The Brain Jar is the only option. Incredible drinks, impeccable and friendly service. This place really is the place to go in Hull. Big shout out to George and bar manager Matty. Thank you for countless incredible nights with you. Here’s to the next!

I just can't recommend this place enough. The food is so fresh and nothing is to much bother if you want something changing. The service is 10000% always greated with a smile, they're so happy to answer any questions about a drink and they are always happy to recommend a drink for you to your taste. The best place for drinks in hull!!
