I've only ordered from here a few times and every time the food and service has been absolutely spot on great delivery service and staff are incredibly friendly and have conversations with you this is hands down one of the best take aways in Kidderminster

Wow reading these reviews and I'm here like..... I've never really had a bad experience. Would just like to sate some of these reviews are years old so it may have changed.
I don't live close to this restaurant and I've ordered many frequent takeaways from here.
They have always prepared food how I've asked (no onions, exchanged this for that etc) no problem.
They've always been polite to me.
They have been late a couple of times at busy peaks but as soon as I have contacted them, they have apologised and its not been long after.
The food is always hot and lovely.
Once our chowmein came very very greasy and mentioned it the next time we ordered and haven't had an issue since.
The only gripe I've ever personally had is that we are a vegan/vegetarian household mainly, and order mostly and frequently vegan dishes. Every now and again but very rarely, we will order the odd small meat dish when we have the children stay over. The restaurant will then change our freebies to meat and we cant eat them as the children don't eat flavoured meat. We always normally get given veggie spring rolls which is great but as soon as one item of meat is added to the order, we get extra extra meat that no one eats. The dogs are happy though lol and I can't really complain as its free lol.
Great food, really great food but terrible service when delivering at the weekend. I know it's busy but they shouldn't state a time that they cannot meet. Have regularly had deliveries an hour or more late and even once an hour early! Such a shame as the food is so good. Tip - if you want it delivered order during the week rather than weekend as reliability is much better outside the weekend.
