Tiger Bowl

Wow reading these reviews and I'm here like..... I've never really had a bad experience. Would just like to sate some of these reviews are years old so it may have changed. I don't live close to this restaurant and I've ordered many frequent takeaways from here. They have always prepared food how I've asked (no onions, exchanged this for that etc) no problem. They've always been polite to me. They have been late a couple of times at busy peaks but as soon as I have contacted them, they have apologised and its not been long after. The food is always hot and lovely. Once our chowmein came very very greasy and mentioned it the next time we ordered and haven't had an issue since. The only gripe I've ever personally had is that we are a vegan/vegetarian household mainly, and order mostly and frequently vegan dishes. Every now and again but very rarely, we will order the odd small meat dish when we have the children stay over. The restaurant will then change our freebies to meat and we cant eat them as the children don't eat flavoured meat. We always normally get given veggie spring rolls which is great but as soon as one item of meat is added to the order, we get extra extra meat that no one eats. The dogs are happy though lol and I can't really complain as its free lol.

Absolutely best Chinese for ordering in, especially for our family as we have vegetarians and vegans and they do Quorn and seitan dishes. Everyone agrees the food is always delicious and it's never been late, and we're in Bewdley! We order early (I've never waited less than an hour for ANY takeaway to be delivered at the weekend) especially as you expect a wait because they're always busy - but well worth it for a gorgeous mushroom curry and mock duck in black bean sauce that I didn't have to make 👍🏼

Tiger Bowl is not a bad chinese at all, we've not had a bad meal from here. The delivery times are a bit hit and miss, but it is ok. Lady is pleasant to talk to and apologised loads when we had to eventually collect it, due to her driver not coming in. That's not her fault and I couldn't be mad about it either. She compensated us really nicely by putting in extra food and she took money off of our order, she also offered a free drink but I felt she compensated enough. Meal was decent as per usual.
