First visit for food since the new owners have taken over.
All can say is what a super choice ,great prices & we really enjoyed our meals.
Great staff especially from Sam, and a proper local country pub atmosphere.

Great location at Southern end of Lake District, a few minutes walk from train and bus, so great for a day out on public transport avoiding driving in traffic jams. Good to start the afternoon with a tasty pint in bar. Lovely clean, spacious, comfy room. Very friendly staff for both humans and dogs. Husband very happy with his Cumberland swirl on his brekkie. I has veggie option. All very lovely
A great establishment with an excellent food service. The staff members were very helpful. The food was so fresh and tasty both in the evening and morning breakfast. I was worried about the noise but the rooms were in the separate building. The best memories from the Lake District.
