Not your average coffee shop. I visited Ballucci with a friend and was extremely impressed. Everything has been thoroughly thought through in exquisite detail, from the drinks and food to the decor. Even the lighting and music make this rare find very relaxing and homely. Dewald and his team are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. As soon as you enter the shop you are welcomed with a warm smile. Excellent customer service provided by all. I would definately recommend this very elegant coffee shop. Thank you.

Absolutely stunning coffee shop, very warm and welcoming and the decor is just gorgeous I could move in � Everything has had so much thought go into it. The tea comes out with this gorgeous pot and the mint hot chocolate is to die for. So smooth and not at all sickly like most hot chocolates I have had from other coffee shops. I can also recommend the bacon and avocado toasted baguette and the carrot cake, both were delicious. This was by far better then the local chains. Can't wait to go back soon. Well done to Dewald and team amazing work

My 1st visit here today, and here's to many more. Meeting DeWalt the Manager, friendly and best of all a fellow South African from Cape Town. The 'one shot' latte just Awesome too. Lovely staff and very good service to the steady stream of customers. Well worth a visit! x
