Lovely food in a lovely restaurant in the middle of St Agnes. Can get very busy at peak holiday times in the summer, but worth a visit! Can eat inside or outside, which is recommended in the sunny weather. Food excellent or just coffee & cream tea if passing outside of the lunch/dinner times.

High Tide Restaurant that shares the Coast Guard Cafe premises Truly a gem we have eaten here every time we visit Scilly and it never fails The menu is very limited but trust the chef . He won't let you down The menu had 2 starters 2 mains and 2 puds We both chose scallops with hogs pudding in butternut squash sauce. main was John Dory asparagus and peas puree. Absolutely delicious. The desert menu was between Lenin meringue cheese cake or a cheese and fig chutney with home baked crackers. The fig chutney and Hereford blue cheese with biscuits was ab absolute delight My opinion. Just book a table as soon as possible.

It's changed it's name to the Coastguard Restaurant. Excellent menu and staff. Great home made breads plus gluten free options. Hopefully visit again next time we holday here
