Took my sister for her 50th birthday. We had the best experience, the staff were lovely, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was great and the drinks flowed. Would highly recommend and well worth the money. If you haven’t been then you need to go. We didn’t have to wait too long for our food either. We had nothing to complain about and it was really busy. I feel a couple of the reviews I have read are not justified. The staff were not rude what so ever. But when my daughter went a couple of weeks ago she said there was a foreign guy working there that was rather rude (not discriminating) that’s a shame as we didn’t have this problem. Private hire for an engagement party:
Wow! What a night we had💗 When looking for venues to host our engagement party, The Bloom Lounge really stood out! From first enquiry, to the decor, to the helpful staff we knew we wanted to hold it here. In the run up to the event, it was always easy to contact them and ask any queries, nothing was too much of a problem. On the day we were able to drop off some balloons earlier to the venue and on arrival to set up in the evening staff were kind, helpful and welcoming. Once the party started, the staff were so attentive to all our needs, whether it be on the bar or the music, and all our guests commented on how welcomed they felt. We had a pizza buffet and this was delicious, it was kindly laid out and kept topped up throughout the evening. Once the party sadly come to an end, we were able to leave everything overnight and collect the next morning , which again staff had kindly gathered it all together ready for pick up.
