We visited yesterday nice food at a reasonable price lovely atmosphere and decor with stunning views. We had 2 x roast beef and 2 x nut roasts with 3 x banana pudding and ice cream we each had a drink Total cost £99.50. The staff were friendly and the food timings were spot on we shall definitely be going back.
Note, this review is for the cafe, outdoor seating. The cake selection is mediocre, not particularly worth it. Coffee was fine (standard dark roast), though a later espresso I had, with strange colouring and flavours from the crema.
Seemed to be a few tables with empties on and didn't get removed till almost leaving some 1hr later.
Nothing short of amazing. I'm not a bitter drinker but they have a low alcohol bitter, it was actually very nice. Food was amazing and the views of the Orwell amazing. Booked up again.
