It's heartwarming to know that there are still people with pure hearts who selflessly help others. The lady at the bar went above and beyond by giving a member of our group a ride to catch the last train without expecting anything in return. Additionally, she provided excellent service in a warm atmosphere, being friendly and professional. I highly recommend going and eat/drink there. Plus, this lady she truly deserves recognition for her exceptional kindness.

I would like to say a massive thank you to the lady working in the pub and her friends who helped us last night! We stuck in the area and desperately needed some help to get to our car that was miles away. She went above and beyond to make sure we made it. And took one of us to the train station. The atmosphere in the pub is just great. Thank you again, and hopefully see you again there :) PS. Guinness was perfect :)

Lovely pub, coal fire made it really toasty inside. Just the one small cozy room. Beer was kept well, not a lot of choice but can’t expect to much when in the middle of the dales. Cheaper here for a beer than the station inn a few miles further along the road.
