This was a great store to grab a snack from during the July 2022 heatwave, where I was served quickly by a lady! She was friendly and I enjoyed a quality custard donut for only around £1, however the stock was running too low here for a variety of options.
Steak bake donuts and Raspberry lemonade tastes very good from here
Can't beat a Greggs breakfast and love the coffee. The staff at Ilkley are really friendly and welcoming.
Always friendly, very quick and never not have sandwiches. Some Greggs don't have much choice but these seem to keep up with demand.
Tbh the coffee you get at a Gregg's is equal or probably better ( and cheaper) than Costa etc so it was quite nice to get a large cup & steak bake and sit in the winter sun. Staff here are nice , the food and drinks spot on = happy customers.
Located in the heart of Ilkley on a busy street with coronavirus restrictions in place , you must be prepared for a wait . This shop is very busy !!

I always used to think of Greggs as being a last resort but recently the quality of its food has improved a lot and I particularly like the vegan steak bakes. It's not the best but it is good value.
It's a Greggs quick and convenient, just don't park in the taxi spaces directly outside the Ilkley bench it will most likely end up with you having a £30 parking ticket making your Greggs very expensive 😭

Nice and very friendly staff! The sandwiches were tasty, and the bread actually tasted fresh for a Sunday - it doesn’t usually in greggs on a Sunday.
There was a elf n safety move to take the heat out of Greggs cheese and onion pasties, Thank goodness the shop in Ilkley let me have mine the way I like it - mouth-burning hot, Thanks
We sat outside under the canopy in the rain with coffee and sandwiches. Totally dry and happy soaking up the atmosphere. Delicious meal deal.

Use this Greggs quite frequently and the staff who work there are always friendly and smiling, I've never had a problem here before and the food is always fresh and tasty!
