Have eaten here twice now, this week's visit was to celebrate my birthday - so we opted for the 7 course taster menu. Every course was delicious - 4 fish courses, 1 meat course and 2 sweet courses. Ideally we would have preferred if there had been 1 less fish and 1 more meat course - but that is just our personal choice. The waiting staff were very attentive and explained each dish as it was served. Highly recommend.

We had dinner at The Olive Room whilst staying at The Olive Branch guest house for a wedding at Tunnel Beaches. Me and my fiance both agreed it has to be some of the best food we've ever had. Our waiter was lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Each dish wowed us by both presentation and taste. The whole experience was amazing, and I cannot recommend this little gem of a place enough! We cannot wait to come back to Ilfracombe so we can have another visit to The Olive Room!

Insanely good food! Had 3 courses from the A la Carte menu and cannot fault one thing. The combination of flavours and the presentation are out of this world. Easily the best 3 plates of food I've ever eaten. The Michelin star is so well deserved and the front of house staff are superb too. Thank you and congratulations!
