Finally a place on the seafront that does a great, proper coffee. The local, good quality food at affordable prices is excellent. We can heartily recommend the Barry and the Norman. Fabulous friendly service too. We hope you do very well and we will certainly be back again soon.
Thank you for a lovely breakfast...fantastic cuppa and bacon sandwich overlooking the sea. Such considerate and attentive staff.. Nothing too much trouble. Looking forward to coming back soon for lunch. Highly recommended.

Stunning salted beef sourdough sandwich, the best I’ve ever had. Don’t judge a book by its cover, this place is a little delight.
Such a nice cafe by the sea, pity they served our coffees in take away cups (I think I should have ordered take-in cups). Great cakes: we tried lemon drizzle and carrot cake, superb!
Delicious sandwiches (BAT and CAT) wrapped in sustainable paper. Very good flat white too in plant-based cup.
What a lovely find on the promenade in Hythe. Lovely cake and Coffee. We had Homemade Bread Pudding and Ginger. Just what was ordered after a 4 mile walk here and now to walk 4 miles back!

Perfectly located, friendly staff, good snacks. My only plea would be: give these folk more space, allow an extension! Easy, level beachside walk or bike ride from Sandgate & Seabrook direction. Dare not give 5 stars or they'll be more overrun and we'll be queuing for ever!
Easily one of the best coffee shops in Hythe! Best flat white & mocha I've had in a long time. Avocado on toast was also made to perfection. Cosy cute little cafe with stunning sea views. Seating is available inside & outside. Welcoming, friendly & helpful staff. Reasonably priced. Dogs friendly.
Currently only serving takeaway coffee and snacks... Proper good. Lovely coffee perfectly done and the Mrs is raving about the carrot and walnut cake! I had the salted caramel and pecan brownie... Also top nosh!
Lovely place. First experience today, loved the food, staff really friendly. We'll definitely be returning.
