The food tastes fantastic. I am always impressed with the quality and ingredients. From other curry places in the area I have had far too many meals that are a monotonous oily paste, the Hurst Tiger does so much better than that. The food has colour, texture and real ingredients. I have now had food from them something like 8 times, every time i have enjoyed it and the service has been reliable and friendly. As they now deliver it is just the icing on the cake.

This is a fairly new establishment operating out of the old Bakery in Hurst, which has been operating as a sandwich shop and cafe for a number of years. The owners have a strong eye for quality as they produce a menu with an emphasis on flavour and authenticity. There's no delivery option, but much of their target market is in walking distance, and it's well worth the short drive for those that are a little further away.
Favourites for us are the Tiger Chicken and Lamb Madras.
The village shop just across the road also sells a reasonable selection of wine and beers to complement the meal.

First class food and service,
We are spoilt for choice in terms of Curry in the Wargrave/Twyford area, but for me the Hurst Tiger is the best of the lot. I ordered a delivered meal that arrived promptly and was perfectly cooked. The Naan bread was fantastic and so fresh. The mushroom rice had clearly been cooked using fresh vegtables and not from a tin, high class food at a reasonable (not cheap) price. full marks and highly recommended.
