Best food I've had in a McDonald's outside of France! Bacon egg mcmuffin and several hash browns, it all seemed cooked with care, less greasy and fresher tasting than at other nearby mcdos.
The only negative of the whole experience was the confusing instructions as to table service, which I have a feeling is outside the control of the franchisee anyway. We were told to take a tent card and enter the number. There were no tent cards so we just entered the table number. Then the point of sale machine told us to watch at the counter for our order, but we just sat down.
The boy taking our order was super friendly and patient, after years of miserable teenagers this chap was a breath of fresh air, and then we moved to pay and receive our food and the girl their smiled and was very pleasant. Another breath of fresh air instead of miserable staff we usually encounter! well done team Sunday 21st May 5pm ish (cant remember the exact time) You were all so friendly, my husband and I were shocked at how happy you all were :-) Thank you!
Well this was probably one of my best mcdonalds visits ever, app wasn't working for in store pickup confirmation, the supervisor or manager was actually training and learning what I assumed to be a new employee in a very pleasant manner. Realising my issue wasn't a first day kind of task, he took the reigns as she watched on. Meanwhile, my massive order (£72.99) was very quickly prepared by the staff and very nicely put into bags with handles as they realised it would be easier for us to carry out. It's just a shame it's not my local one, which is around 60 miles away.
