Was passing on my way home from work and saw the clean attractive shop front. I treated myself to a fish and chips meal with side and drink £7. The fish was cooked fresh and was perfect with light batter not greasy at all. The chips were great too and a large pot of curry was a nice addition. Best fish and chips I’ve had for years.

Beautiful fresh fish EVERY TIME!! CRISPY and fluffy chips. The food truly speaks itself. The staff are friendly and conscientious. But I suppose due to recent opening they are still working our portion sizes and they can vary from time to time. But that's a small matter the fish ways taste good as I say! Highly recommended local.

Nice fish and chips and decent size cakes. Fish are cooked fresh on entry which is good. They don't sit for ages under heat lamps. I have a regular discussion with the person behind the counter about whether it's a teacake or a breadcake. It's a breadcake 😁.
