This place is located on a mjor road in Hounslow and very often it is etirh closed or empty. Afterseveral attmepts we did find it open and had a chance to have dinner. We were disappointed with quality and service. It seems thay have also changed their name from Tabla to Karma
Went there last Sunday, although the restaurant was fully booked they managed to give us a table. After reading the previous review I was doubt ful whether to go or not but I made the right decision by going there. The food, service and staff were good. Will definitely go and recommend this place

Wonderful Experince. I went to Tabla Bar & Indian restaurant last week with my girlfriend. The staff and owners are very kind and polite and their services were brilliant
The waiter approach us with a warm smile & always ask how we are doing.
We were then shown to our table with all three menus, which were the food menu, drinks menu and wine menu. I normally get a pint of Cobra and my girlfriend had a cocktail, which is made and presented beautifully made by the staff or the owner's son who is always well presented.
We then ordered our starers and our main course, which was mixed grill, lamb chops and veg noodles. For mains we had butter chicken, dhall and rice and 2 butter naans. We first had our starters which took about 20 minutes to arrive as it was all made fresh and we could see the Chef preparing the food. Soon after our starters, they cleared the table and asked if we wanted any more drinks or any more starters which is always handy. After that the waiter set the dinner plates on the table and our food came out just after. The plates were nice and warm and the food was hot and we couldn't wait to start eating. During our meal the owner's son asked if everything was alright and if we needed anything. (which he done to every table). We then finished our meal and we asked for the bill. when the waiter brought the bill & also brought some mint chocolates which were fabulous!
The bill wasn't expensive as I pad for what I got, which was lovely food & drink, and service & i would love to pay more
I will fully recommend this restaurant to anyone! - Don't worry about the reviews below. You need to go to this restaurant for yourself!

Excellent restaurant. I think the management has changed since the last reviews. The food was the best indian food I have ever tasted and the staff were welcoming and attentive. The owner was attentive and took time to talk to us and make us feel welcome. The naan bread was melt in the mouth, as were the starters. I came out with the just right feeling, rather than the bloated feeling with a lot of indian food. i can't praise it enough, go and give it another try.
