The review is wrote first (see below) was an honest review and unfortunately forced me to only give 2 stars :( However since writing that review I've had the pleasure of dealing with blacks burgers again and my god did they make up for it. Simon is just the best at what he does and I'm so so happy that they took my views seriously and had one of the best takeaways ever. They really do treat you well. The food was on point this time and the service was second to none. So as for my new rating it'll be 5* all the way. What a wonderful place and by far the best food in horley. Eat in 5* Take out 1-2* I'll just start by saying that i originally had the best eat in meal here a month or so ago and don't get me wrong it was up there, and could not fault it. However, we decided to get a take out tonight and my god it was not the same. First I had to wait to collect the food i ordered because there was only one member of staff taking orders whilst two just sat there. I basically had to sit and watch my bag of food going cold. When we made it home 30 seconds down the road we dug in. The burgers were warm at best and just looked awful, presentation went right out the window. I got the upgraded premium cheese fries and my partner got the regular fries so you'd expect mine to be a little better. This was not the case, she got twice the chips and all I got was a few grates of cheese, on the plus side it did make us laugh. Although this experience has not been the best I would highly recommend eating in and would like to think id go back. (only if they'll let me after this review of course )
