We couldn't find anywhere decent to eat in the local area and we were getting very hungry. The Horse and Groom were our last port of call before we went back to the hotel to order a takeaway. The staff managed to squeeze us in despite being a Saturday evening. They were very friendly and helpful. The food came very quick and was delicious. Huge portions and couldn't fault it whatsoever. Cooked to perfection. We had dessert which was lovely. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you for a fantastic experience!!
