Came to Santo's Higham Farm Hotel with my partner on 22/09/17 for a romantic weekend away for our 1st year Anniversary of being together and our birthdays(25th &26th). We were welcomed by Santo himself and showed to our room. From that very moment, I knew I had booked a proper good hotel. All the staff were excellent over the whole stay.(Even the builders doing the elevator works). The room was wonderful and the only bad point was the ceramic tiled floor in the disabled wet room. This was brought to the staffs attention, as it could be dangerous for other patrons(disabled or not).Other than that, the whole stay was excellent. The a la carte restaurant is full of wonderfully cooked, served and priced food,and the waiting staff are possibly the best I have ever known. Value wise, you pay more for a night in a Travel lodge or Premier Inn than at Santo's and to the big groups you're just another number, whereas here you are treated with manners and respect.
We will be back very soon indeed and we will become regular guests.

This place is amazing the staff are wonderful, food is always great and Santo is a true gentleman, this place is like home I miss it so much.
Beautiful meal in a beautiful location. The staff were excellent - warm, friendly and very attentive. Would highly recommend to anyone and we’ll definitely be back soon. Thank you for making it a memorable Fathers Day.
