Clearly management styles are of great importance in a place like this! For the past few months visiting this place has been horrendous, everyone looks miserable and dragging their feet as if they would rather be anywhere else! Have noticed in the past few weeks that management has changed to a young woman, and the whole atmosphere of the place has completely changed! Staff look generally happier and actually like they want to serve you, people have smiles on their face and as a whole just seem to be generally happier. Treat your staff with respect people! It really shows

On our wanderings again and found ourselves in Hertford. Exploring the town, hunger started to surface. I remember passing a couple eating a delicious breakfast outside a café. Retracing our steps we found this wonder; Bebo Café! The food was excellent, I had a Chicken Club and Jo had a Salad Nicoise. To follow we had coffees with a delicious pistachio cannoli (again, apologies for taking a bite out of it - mmmm). The café is on three floors, so plenty of comfy seats. Definitely a re-visit when next in the area. Go there!

Nice looking place I stopped at recently on a cycle ride. Its in a good central location in Hertford Service speedy and food was tasty. I even had a vegetarian sausage roll, recommended by the staff, even though I'm not vegetarian. It was as good as the staff suggested. Coffee was decent and staff coped well with our group of 10 riders.
