I think the workers here give really good customer service. I can’t fault the staff at all. There’s one worker at this branch called Maxine so is so lovely and friendly and goes out of her way to make a regular like me feel welcome into the store. A week ago, she went above and beyond by cooking me some bakes that had run out on the shelf toward the end of the day, but she still cooked them despite that she had other jobs to do and it was so thoughtful and I really appreciated it. It’s the small things that really brighten your day and make you want to come back.

This is the first time I have come back to any Greggs in a while due to a bad experience before. However I was in the area and thought I would try it out I was served by the lovely Lillie who made me feel calm int he store. I have a few allergies which makes me hesitant at eating out however Lillie made me feel welcomed and no bother at all she handed me the tablet that explains all the allergies in every product and she didn’t make feel rushed to choose what I wanted. Service with a smile I will 100% be going back.
