It was lovely sunny day and chairs by the window are really comfortable, I had my oat Iced latte which tasted good, staff friendly and place overall clean. Restrooms however, I’d recommend to avoid.

Good coffee place just next to the small waterway so the view out of the windows is nice. A reasonable amount of seating and wasn’t busy when I went in. The staff were fast, efficient and friendly. It’s a Starbucks so you know what you’re getting. Proximity to the shops is ideal.

I was making my every now and then visit to Starbucks as thats where I find my quiet place. As always nice friendly staff but there always has to be a “Karen” to ruin the day!! Now as I sit down and hear this Karen shout at the members of staff that because the toilets are out of service she wants a refund for what she has brought and it wasn’t even to sit in it was for takeaway! I understand that as a sit in coffee shop you should have working toilets but today It just happened that they were blocked!! Now Im not gonna to sit here and write everything that has happen but no matter what this Karen is going to write as a review IS NOT TRUE!! I would like to thank the members of staff that have kept their cool and continued to serve as they should.
