Popped in for a quick coffee before my train to London. Was greeted by friendly lady who took my order. Even though it was early it was nice that she engaged in a conversation with me asking how I was etc and just make me feel so much better about my day. Coffee was very nice and as I left I asked the lady her name. (Terrie) Will definitely come back to this one if I see her working again.

The people and the service elevate this experience. As early as it is when I buy my morning coffee, Paige makes the effort to be hospitable and professional - always remembering regulars, their drink choices and taking the time to chat. A real asset to the business.

We are currently at Havant station waiting for Portsmouth train. We have just seen coffee shop next to platform 2. This shop is very clean and well organised. The shop owners are welcoming and this shop shop shelves are well stocked full of item you would normally need for short train journeys. I highly recommend this shop to potential rail travellers.

My wife (sue) is a regular visitor to pumpkin at Havant station and has always had excellent service but asked me to especially mention Paige who knows exactly her drink and sets her up for the day with a friendly smile.

Visited here recently and can't stop thinking about the great service this store has. I'm normally not chatty but one of the lovely staff members Terrie made my day. Not only did she chat to me about my day and give me the space to de-stress but also made (arguably) the best cup of tea i've had, which is a bold statement considering i'm Welsh and generally hate everything English. Thanks Terrie for my first positive trip to England.
