Amazing service, lovely oat milk cappuccino and when I asked for Allergy advice they did everything they could to support and ensure my food was safe to eat!
Coffee and service used to be 5* before Nero bought them, I wonder if their barista training isn't what it once was? High staff turnover doesn't help. The food is tasty, and depending on who makes your coffee, the lattes are lovely.
Finally upped their game.
Last time I went there (at least 3 years ago) they were serving everyone with sneaky almond milk or some such tripe, and the coffee tasted like someone's vomit they expunged last friday after 4 pitchers of long Island ice tea and 12 jaeger bombs.
This time around though, after much soul searching, they didn't sneakily put false milk into my coffee and actually asked me what milk I would like! O'rejoice all ye faithful and come hither among the milk gods that shine down upon Harris & Hoole.
Also, the coffee's not that bad either.
Lovely cafe, nice seating and really clean. Very efficient staff and pot of tea provides two cups!!! 😁
Best cafe in the area! Hot chocolate is amazing and caramel shortbread is incredible! The staff are second to none, always smiling x
