I had the most beautiful wedding at The George Hotel in October. The staff are so attentive and can't do enough for you. The hotel as so much character and is set in a lovely village. I can't say enough good things about this place and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a romantic night away or any sort of event or even just afternoon tea! The food is superb and presented beautifully. I would just like to say a huge thank you to all of the staff that work at the George, everyone person there helped make our day a wonderful as it was. X

Great hotel, fab stay. Excellent owner and very professional staff. Reception and all staff very helpful a joy to be looked after. Excellent food, very comfortable rooms with Yorkshire tea in the room, and great showers excellent. A superb breakfast it was everything it said it was. Will be staying again and recommend a vistit and a stay. Thank you George Hotel.

We popped in yesterday on the off chance we could have a little bit of breakfast before we went swimming. The staff are so friendly and welcoming My sons can’t wait to return for another breakfast with you.
