Lovely outside seating area. The staff were really accommodating and friendly. Food was fine, but the chocolate brownie dessert was too die for!

I enjoyed a lovely meal at The Mill. The atmosphere is quite homely and interesting as there are a few separate areas at slightly different elevations, each with their own individual ambience. There's also a large beer garden with plenty of sheltered and unsheltered space. I was sat in the inside dining area and had a delicious plant based main (pea tortellini) and dessert (biscoff doughnuts, with caramelised banana and mango sorbet). The food is elevated beyond what you'd expect from a pub, flavours and presentation were great and very reasonably priced. The service was great, Annabelle was super attentive, friendly and even loaned me her personal power bank after I aired my concerns about promptly paying the bill with my rapidly discharging mobile (don't rely on Gpay/applepay folks).
Had booked the private dining room for a 50th Birthday. All the staff were amazing. Saffron was able to get the cake into the fridge before the event and allow us to decorate the room. When it came to the service Annabelle was super with setting up the table and making room feel really special. The food from the kitchen was incredible. Best night ever. Thank you all of you who were working.
