India Spice

So we decide to go to India Spice on a super lazzy Tuesday evening: the local Indian Cuisine restaurant. Not much to expect when deciding, just the first "let's try it". We get there and nothing yelling "good" from outside. Except the Tuesday eve full menu for £9.95. We go inside and then everything starts turning around: extremly clean & nicely decorated. No one else inside however, so we wonder: will the food be good?! The waiter is a bit shy initally and we start thinking again we shouldn't expect much. Big mistake: turns out the gentleman with the moustache serving us was an absolute delight; so many thank you's in one evening, so polite and accomodating thoroughout the entire dinner. We get the £9.95 menu! It's crazy how much food they brought over for £20 quid. Massive startes, giant main with side rice that we couldn't finish with an excellent presentation: brought at the table sizzling on hot plates. And then: the invitation to take home the "doggie bag" nicely packed. Lovely touch with the final chocolate serving us After Eights. They would honestly deserve more stars if that would be possible.
