I only just noticed this restaurant about a week ago, and admittedly it does appear to be a bit of a hodge podge of a similar name to Five Guys and a similar logo to Shake Shack. But don't let that put you off, it's better than a knock off.
I opted for the better burger (which to me also sounds like butter burger (but that's from a chain not in the UK), which appeared to be the smallest burger on the menu. I considered one with three patties, but just went with the two patty option instead.
I was glad that I did - it was fairly big itself! Very good value for the price, and certainly the best burger I've had in Harrow by miles and miles and miles. They obviously smash the party from a round, which I love as you get all the crunchy bits around the edge. They're thin enough that they're all done the same way - which as far as I'm concerned is perfectly cooked.
The contents of the burger were perfectly designed to complement everything. The bun was better than the one I had from Shake Shack midweek, and the raw onion cuts through the richness of the meat. The two buns sauce is good - I need to try it again. At times there was spice and at other times a thousand island-type tang. Very interesting to eat.
The fries were solid skin on fries. I'd happily have those at any gourmet burger chain (and I do hope this becomes a chain). Certainly this is the best thing to happen to the West London burger scene since That Burger closed in Watford.
My daughter and I dined at the Ealing location for lunch and it was great!! The food was fresh, and the service was excellent. We had the belter burger with fries. Many of the other dishes we saw other diners with looked super as well. The owners Romale and Andy stopped at our table to make sure we were enjoying our dining experience. They were very hospitable and welcoming to us first timers to London. If you are in area, stop here for a meal that you will be sure to enjoy!!!
The wife and I have been going here since it opened. Consistently had nothing but a great experience all round from the actual burgers to the service itself. This is definitely in our top 3 burger restaurants for London!
