We got a big meal deal here after I heard about the place on the “Off Menu” podcast with Ed Gamble and James Acaster. We were not disappointed. I got a “special” and it comes with a lovely little sticker that reads “I’m Special” and which I wore with pride all night. But the food can’t be faulted. All delish.
Really delicious, filling, and good quality kebab. There was a time where we went off I Am Doner after they suffered serious consistency issues, but we're very happy to see it seems to have improved when we've given them another go recently. It is on the expensive side, but if you can afford the extravagance I'd heartily recommend it.
Best doner I've ever had! Bold statement as I've had my fair share of doners , but true. I opted for the Voner Seitan as I'm cutting back on meat consumption.
It's a small place, one member of staff. Orders are made using a tablet attached to the table. Chef won't take your order.
It was good to be able to watched my order being prepared.
Overall, pretty quick service, fresh ingredients, food tasted great. However, the large didn't seem large to me at all 🤔
